Develop & implement strategies; execute on operating plan related to income, education, health & homelessness; champion departmental innovation & ideas; translate on the job data, knowledge & analysis into product insights & strategies; lead the community engagement team to success; recruit, manage, evaluate & coach team members; manage departmental budget; engage & build relationships with community partners; establish a comprehensive plan for a year-round customer relationship management approach; communicate & share information on operational level with team members across functional measurement & evaluation & disaster planning workflow as it relates to the operations department; coordinate with resource development on proposals, timing, reports, etc., for the four content areas; develop the organization & engage employees; works with HR to ensure training process includes all departments; perform other related duties & responsibilities as may be assigned.(more)
