Case ManagementAIDS Action offers case management services for H.I.V. positive people living in the Boston area. If you do not have an H.I.V./AIDS case manager and you are dealing with a lot of problems you can request a case manager by calling Carlos Martinez at 617-450-1342. He is the supervisor of the Case Management team. The most common problems that clients have said that they need help with are H.I.V. care and treatment, housing, H.I.V. disclosure, money, and substance use problems. Case Managers require that you meet with them a least twice a year and they will work with you until you feel that your Case Management goals have been met. After you finish your work with a Case Manager a check-in volunteer (see below) will be available to call you and make sure that things are going okay.
